The Member (see above) agrees to pay $30.00 each month which includes fiber, shipping and the newsletter subscription. 
Postal rate increases will be announced in the newsletter as soon as known and may increase the monthly membership. 

Payment can either be by check or money order or a credit/debit card number can be kept securely on file at the mill and billed
each month after the shipment goes out.  Mill accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover

Pufpaff's Fiber Processing guarantees to ship all orders out in a timely fashion each month.

Pufpaff's Fiber Processing guarantees to ship fibers the same week they are carded.

Since all fibers used in this program come from small farm flocks using sustainable agricultural systems, there may be some vegetable
matter in the roving.  Pufpaff's Fiber Process will do everything in their power to keep the VM to the bare minimum.

The soap used at the mill is formulated specifically for cleaning animal fibers. All dyes used are commercial acid dyes formulated for
protein fibers. Softened water is the only additional item added to the roving during the carding process.  An outside wood fired boiler 
heats all the water used to wash fibers and to heat the mill building.  The wood comes from the farm's own woodlot. All wash and waste 
water goes through the on site specially designed septic system which allows all the water to cycle back into the local ground water after 
purification.  The entire mill operation has been designed to prepare fibers for the spinning and felting community with the least impact on 
the environment.
